Remember that episode of Sex and the City when Carrie gets broken up with on a post-it note? Well I've got something better than that. This week I came across a website written by the guy I was dating that he dedicated to how much he loved another girl and how determined he was to win her back. You should check out the website. When I read it I felt I was safe to assume that things were over between us. When I asked him about the website, his response was: "Yeah, we need to talk about that." I'd say so.
Don't get me wrong: I certainly don't want to get in the way of true love here. In fact, I'd even encourage you to sign the petition if you feel moved by his story (but be warned, as a friend of mine discovered: mean comments will be deleted). All I'm trying to say is that this was a crappy way to find out that things were over (for me).
But in all seriousness, isn't this one of the greatest (worst) dating stories you've ever heard?

Yeah.... there are just no words. So absurd. The most awkward part? The daily blog updates. They're so personal and desperate that it literally makes me cringe. How I wish I knew what SHE was thinking right now!!
So much worse than the times when I got broken up with via text message and facebook. That website makes me sad for his crazy self. Which makes him a little more perfect for crazy Sara, yes? I'm guessing approximately 3 more days until the sting wears off and this is the funniest thing to ever happen!
What. In. The. World.
I am literally speechless. I'm just staring at the computer with my mouth gaping open.
I have dated some crazies, but this takes the crazy cake. This is one for the history books, Kirstin.
Zach is gross. Period.
Reading that blog gives me the creeps. And any girl who finds that to be attractive in a man must be crazy and/or creepy herself.
That's it, Kirst. When it comes to any bad break up competition; you win. Hands down.
This makes me sad. I liked hanging out with Zirstin. For the record, when he showed me the website, my first thoughts were how it would affect you. He didn't handle that very well. I apologize for him.
In other news, you've handled it really gracefully. Like abnormally gracefully. You are really an awesome lady.
I too am sad. And sorry for how everything turned out--you certainly didn't deserve it. I will miss Zirstin...
I'm really glad you aren't dating this person anymore...
