A fairly new restaurant in Provo, Mountain West Burrito is absolutely delicious, yet quick and healthy. My visits there are motivated by the food as well as my schoolgirlesque crush on the owner. I came across this interview and wanted to share it.
"I was in the Peace Corps for awhile..." I didn't think he could get any more darling, but there it was.

Go for him, Kirst! Lots of pros: 1) he's from California, 2) he likes the outdoors, and 3) he might come close to your passion for food. This could be fantastic... :)
He's as yummy as a half pork half veggie burrito.
